The 3:30 am Haiku

She finally sleeps.
Daddy does not sleep. Awwww Man!
"That's what Swiper says."

This is the kind of stuff that goes through my head for a couple hours every other night. I think there might be something wrong.

How do you feel about these thoughts?
What are you doing right before going to bed?
If you did not have these thoughts at 3:30am what do you think your life would be like?
I will think of other open ended clinical questions to ask during our next session.
Luv ya

Please trust that there's a pharmaceutical company out there somewhere developing not only a name for this sort of dysfunction, but also a drug.

"Have trouble sleeping?
Awake counting syllables?
Try Hikooaweigh!"

I'm sure this sort of OCD-type drug would be created by Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & Johnson & (etc)
